School Convenor: A School Convener brings extra-curricular athletics to life in their school by collaborating with PTAC and divisional level volleyball convenors. They liaison with administration, school staff, gym supervisors, team supervisors, coaches, parents, game officials and scorekeepers to provide opportunities for all students.

2026 Submission & Registration Deadlines:

September 9 – School-Level Convenor Registration

September 11 – Master Availability / No Host & No Play Dates

September 18 – Exhibition Registration

September 18 – Tier 3 Tournament #1 Registration

October 2 – Tier 1 & 2 Registration

October 6 – Tier 4 Tournament #1 Registration

October 15 – Tier 3 Tournament #2 Registration

October 30 – Tier 4 Tournament #2 Registration

November 9 – Tier 3 Tournament #3 Registration

Season Calendar & Schedules

Used for PTAC-wide dates, meetings and general conference information.

Used for volleyball season dates, including exhibition play, league play, jamborees, playoffs, finals and major season updates.
